Tammy Lowe is an IDD nures manager .  Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities  are usually present at birth and can uniquely affect the trajectory of the individual’s physical, intellectual, and/or emotional development. Many of these conditions affect multiple body parts or systems.

Aspire Behavioral Health and Developmental Disability Services provides the opportunity and support individuals need to take the first step in making changes to improve behavioral health and/or developmental disability challenges.
