On Tuesday September 24th, The All New Georgia 104.5 and Mitchell EMC honored Conner Spurgeon as a Hometown Hero. We were happy to present Conner with a special certificate and gift basket. Conner was nominated by numerous people, who described him as a person who goes well beyond his work to serve and protect the people of Crisp County and someone that consistently demonstrates an unwavering commitment to the community.

Conner Spurgeon is a criminal investigator at the Crisp County Sheriff’s Department. He also volunteers for the Glynn County 4-H club and other organizations helping to educate the people in the community about cyber security, public safety, and financial security. Conner Spurgeon is not just a hero in uniform, he is a shining example of what it means to serve and protect.
Because of Conner’s tireless efforts and commitment to the community, we were thrilled to be able to partner with our friends at Mitchell EMC to honor him as a Hometown Hero!
