Billboard announced Travis Scott will take the stage at this weekend’s Billboard Music Awards in his first televised performance since the Astroworld last November, during which a crowd surge led to the tragic deaths of ten festival attendees.

Scott is nominated for top dance/electronic song for the remix of his hit single “Goosebumps” with Spanish producer HVME. His Billboard performance will mark both his first televised performance and his first awards show performance since Astroworld. The rapper just gave his first public performance in several months at the club E11even’s Miami Grand Prix celebration on Saturday night.

Along with Scott, Becky G, Ed Sheeran, Elle King & Miranda Lambert were also just announced as performers. They will join previously announced artists to hit the Billboard Music Award stage including Burna Boy, Florence + The Machine, Latto, Maxwell, Megan Thee Stallion, Morgan Wallen, Rauw Alejandro, Red Hot Chili Peppers, and Silk Sonic. The show will also honor this year’s Icon Award recipient Mary J. Blige.

The BBMAs, hosted by Sean “Diddy” Combs, will broadcast live coast-to-coast from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on Sunday, May 15th at 8 pm ET/5 pm PT on NBC, and will stream live on Peacock.
